How we benchmark builder teams (public data only)

Buyers spend months with a builder's sales, construction and warranty teams. Many builders measure these teams with homeowner surveys (Avid/AvidCX, GuildQuality, Eliant, NewHomeSource TrustBuilder). We only use results the survey company or builder has published. We never use private, internal or builder-shared survey reports.
